These Canson Montval A3 MaxiPack Pads use only the highest quality, acid free paper to suit the most demanding artists. Ideal for intermediate to experienced artists and upper-end school students. 

This Montval pad is A3 size, glued on the long side and includes 100 sheets of 300gsm cold pressed watercolour paper. It is suitable for watercolour, gouache, ink and acrylic. Perfect for beginners and improvers, Montval is a forgiving paper allowing to easily lift off paint to correct your work.

Canson Montval watercolour paper has a great erasability. The essential key for this high quality watercolour paper is this ability to easily make corrections. This paper allows corrections even using a simple brush stoke.

Canson Montval was designed by the famous painter Gaspard Maillol in the early 20th century and made on a Foundrinier machine. Canson Montval is a fabulous paper when it comes to watercolour, however it can also be used with other wet techniques such as gouache or acrylic.
