Description
Staedtler Lumocolor Glasochrom Pencils are variety of pencil, originally developed for artisans and engineers, that have unique qualities that set them apart from any other pencil. The Lumocolor Glasochrom pencil is waterproof and can draw on most indoor and outdoor surfaces including glass, metal, wood, leather, stone, plastic and paper. It contains colour-intensive lightfast white lead that’s highly-pigmented and draws on smoothly.
Basquiat used these grease pencils along with Markal sticks, spray paint and graphite. Staedtler Lumocolor Glasochrom permanent dry marker in pencil-style wood case. Marks almost any surface – plastic, metal, lacquer, rubber, tile, glass, stone, china, wood, leather, etc. Even suitable for dusty surfaces. Soft brilliant coloured lead is lightfast, odourless and non-corrosive. Doesn’t bleed through paper. Won’t dry up. Marks are temperature resistant up to 1000°C.
Sharpen with a pencil sharpener.
The lead is well bonded to the barrel making it break-resistant and the outer shaft of the pencil is smooth for a comfortable grip when drawing or writing.
